Derek Sanders has over 15 years of experience working in contingent labor. He started his career leading multiple staffing verticals during his tenure with Randstad Professional and Nelson Family of Companies. After working in staffing, Derek joined TalentWave, a People2.0 company, where he was Vice President of Business Solutions in 2015.
In 2018, Derek served as Vice President of Contingent Solutions for the Series-B startup, Qwil, where he ran Sales, Partnerships, and Strategy.
In 2020, Derek joined People 2.0 where he is currently the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Solutions working with our MSP, VMS, RPO, and Direct Sourcing partners globally.
